Academic Training

He holds a medical degree from the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science in the name of His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain, obtained from the Faculty of Medicine, Cádiz, since July 30, 1984. He obtained his doctorate from the University of El Salvador, with a cum laude qualification, approved by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science on March 26, 1996. Later, in 2002, he obtained the title of Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery from the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science. Previously, he attended the Medical Association of the Province of Buenos Aires and earned his specialist title in plastic and reconstructive surgery, awarded by the Medical Association of the Province of Buenos Aires on April 16, 1993.

Medical Experience

• Dr. Fernández Blanco has received several awards, including the “Surgery of the University of Seville” award from the Royal Academy of Medicine of Seville in 1994 and the “Conde de Cartagena” award from the Royal Academy of Medicine in 1997.
• He is a member of the Spanish Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (AECEP), the Spanish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (SECPRE), the Spanish Society of Surgical Laser, and a member of IPRAS (International Confederation of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery).
