Quality
Quality must be demonstrated through an attitude by a certain management or professional experience.
For Xanit International Hospital, quality is a way of life based on ethics based on care and good health results.
To do this, we are offering our clients and patients medical care based on the planning of each activity in the processes of care.
Xanit's quality care organization can be demonstrated through a process map that compiles 4 policies, 32 procedures, 31 protocols and actions for patient safety using risk maps and FMEA.
Care ethics committees are carried out (1st committee accredited by the Health Council, in private healthcare in Andalusia), infections, pharmacy, transfusions, mortality; the care practice improvement committee and the care coordination committee optimize decisions about admitted patients.
The oncology committee meets weekly and the hospital executes a cardiac arrest action plan.
The quality of care is monitored by a 53-indicator control panel. Medical privileges have been developed and approved by specialty and according to nursing skills.
The practice of care is also evaluated through clinical history audits and informed consent. There is a software application that uses tablets located in different areas of the hospital to monitor user and patient satisfaction in real time and 6 goals have been implemented by WHO and the International Joint Commission on User Safety.
Our immediate goal is to accredit the excellence of our work and we would like Xanit's way of doing things to have its own seal of quality and the international recognition for which we all work.

Xanit is, without a doubt, an international hospital. More than forty percent of our patients are foreigners of more than 90 different nationalities, who offer personalized attention taking into account their values and culture.
