Academic Formation

In possession of a degree in Medicine, awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science on behalf of H.M. King Juan Carlos I of Spain, and obtained at the Faculty of Medicine, Cadiz, since July 30, 1984. He obtained the degree of Doctor in the University of the Salvador, with qualification of outstanding (Cum laudem), approved by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science on March 26, 1996. Later, in 2002 he obtained the title of Specialist in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, granted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Spain. Previously in the medical college of the province of Buenos Aires he obtained the title specialist in plastic and reconstructive surgery, granted by the College of Doctors of the Province of Buenos Aires, on April 16, 1993.

Medical Experience

• Dr. Fernández Blanco has received several awards including the "Surgery of the University of Seville" award by the Royal Academy of Medicine of Seville in 1994 and the "Conde de Cartagena" award by the Royal Academy of Medicine in 1997.
• He is a member of the Spanish Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (AECEP), the Spanish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (SECPRE), the Spanish Society of Laser Surgery and a member of IPRAS (International Confederation of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery).
